The combination of experienced directors and shareholders from the property, hotel and restaurant industry guarantees the professional and successful realisation and management of new projects. Gragood Developments (Pty) Ltd provides a full range of administrative and management functions. They enjoy a long standing, successful relationship with international auditors, Grant Thorton, and the legal team of Smith Tabata Buchanan Boyes. White Cliffs, a luxury apartment development in Clifton, The Place On The Bay Hotel and Fairways Boutique Hotel, located on the Golden Mile of Camps Bay and in existence for the past 16 years, are just some of the examples of Gragood Developments (Pty) Ltd’s successful developments. Chief Executive Officer: Gail Buechel

Gail Buechel has been actively involved with all past projects. She is the owner of an interior design company, GFB Interiors and has contributed in this capacity to all interior designing and furnishings of all development projects and property renovations. She was also actively involved in the management and day to day running of The Place On The Bay and The Fairways Boutique Hotel in Camps Bay. Gail has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of The Palm Garden Retreat (PGR) Management company.

Nursing Manager – Sister Anita Pool

Sr Pool started her nursing training at Tygerberg Hospital in 1970. She received the Best Practical Nurse award at the end of her course. After completing Midwifery with Honours, a Community Health diploma and an Advanced Midwifery and Neanotology diploma, she started working at the Department of Obstetrics as Matron and was in charge as the Nursing Manager. Sr Pool has experience in Geriatrics, caring for the terminally ill, rehabilitation after operations, Alzheimer’s care and wound care.
Sr Pool started working at the Palm Garden Retreat from 2007 and in January 2011 she was promoted to Nursing Manager at the Helen Zille Wing.
